I am Very Knowledgeable about Local Real Estate.  My  accomplishments consist of being one of the top producers. I have completed the ABR ,(Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation and GRI ( Graduate Realtors Institute).  The GRI designation is obtained by successfully completing a specific intensive series of 12 GRI courses. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce. I have also completed RE Tax Investment and RE Mortgages and Credits. I am a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and a Top Producer in 2005, 2006.
