Alex Zokan is known for his wide variety of real estate experience and incredible work ethic, at the young age of only 22. Raised in a "real estate family", Alex saw
the potential in this field and became a Real Estate Sales Executive directly out of high school, branching out to commercial only a year later. He specialized in Assisted Living and Restaurant properties, always giving his clients the ‘wow' experience though his creative and thoughtful solutions to selling their property. Alex's commercial sales took off quickly, including a 524 site Luxury Campground,
an 18-hole Golf Course and a 32-bed Senior Assisted Living business. In 2008, he joined D&K Builder as Vice Presidentof the Milwaukee, WI based custom residential and light commercial construction firm. D&K provides unique building
solutions to increase energy efficiency and cost-effectively reduce environmental impact.

Alex currently works directly with HIS Real Estate Network, where he directs a large real estate investing fund that provides turnkey renovated property in Orlando, FL and Orange County, CA to investors seeking maximum value and cash flow in areas with obvious appreciation trends. He educates investors about the benefits of both residential and commercial real estate investing by offering 2-day events and co-sponsorship opportunities.
