Hi my name is Alice, thank you for visiting my profile. I was born and raised on the Gulf Coast from Gulfport Mississippi, to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores Alabama is what I call my home.
Many people are drawn to the Gulf Coast area, because of employment opportunities. Others are drawn simply because of its rich heritage, the beautiful Gulf Of Mexico, and of course the warm climate. I've always said the Gulf Coast is a hidden treasure, once people discover it they dont want to leave.
The Gulf Coast offers many job opportunities, some of the employers include, goverments contracts, and large industries such as; NGSS, Keesler Airforce Base, Thyssenkrupp, Austal, Bender, Atlanti Marine, and many others. Another large employer on the Gulf Coast is the Casino's in Mississippi.
What an excellent place to live, and play! The Gulf Coast offers some of the best Salt Water or Fresh Water Fishing around. From the lakes and streams all the way to the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico the fishing is fine fine! One of my Favorite quotes is; "Give a man a fish he eats for a day, teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime."
