Alicia Lagarde is a native of St. Bernard Parish and a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Louisiana, serving Metropolitan New Orleans.
Alicia is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, holding double major degrees in both Finance and Business Administration with a concentration in real estate. In addition, she has extensive experience in both the Retail and Cosmetics Industries, having been employed by both Dillard's Department Stores and Estee´ Lauder Cosmetics.
While she occasionally maintains her interest in this field as a free-lance Make-up Artist for various professional photo shoots, her first passion is Real Estate. There she combines the best of her analytical, artistic and customer service skills to the benefit of both her buyer and seller clients.

When we first contacted Alicia in March 2008, we told her were ready to purchase a house in New Orleans and would fly into town in a couple of weeks to see all she had to show us. We identified numerous parameters and refined them over the next couple of weeks via phone and email. By the time we got into town our search was going to be significant and Alicia gave us over 8 hours per day for 4 straight days. We found several great homes that would work. Alicia then stayed with us to negotiate the best deal possible until we got the deal we wanted.
