I truely enjoy helping my Des Moines and Central Iowa Real Estate clients reach their ownership and investment goals. 

I haven't seen this good of a Buyer's market since Reagonomics kicked in! 

I'm currently working many, many short sales helping clients avoid foreclosure as well has helping Buyer and Seller Clients navigate their way through these trecherous economic times, taking advantage of the situation to move into a nicer home.  It's a great time to upgrade!

Having a child often makes parents start counting the bedrooms in their home. In 2005, we came up one short, so we started house hunting.
