I truely enjoy helping my Des Moines and Central Iowa Real Estate clients reach their ownership and investment goals. 

I haven't seen this good of a Buyers market since Reagonomics kicked in, in the early 1980's.  Of course, if we don't get a handle on the unemployment numbers, we'll all be in soup lines, but that is not going to happen.  The basic building blocks for long term prosperity for a majority of folks are now being laid, but it's a must that we be savvy in our purchasing. 

When I work as Buyers agent, I listen, then help clarify expectations for today's market.  This often involves seeing enough product to allow my client to feel comfortable with values.   When we're fortunate enough to find a good candidate for purchase, I get to use my greatest skill which in negotiations.  I help my clients to make prudent Real Estate investments, even when it's their personal residence.   

When I work as a Sellers agent, I try to meld expectiations with market realities, and I am constantly learning from my clients, and they in turn from me.   With 10 years experience in real estate sales and marketing, what I've learned how to do is to call in the experts.   I make deals happen by drawing on appropriate resource people, and one of the key members of that team is ... me!      

I've been blessed to build my client base so I can work "By Referral or Appointment Only".  With a number of clients who come to me through my affiliation with the Two Rivers REIA of Central Iowa, LLC,  including first-time homebuyers, my unique skill set helps us accomplish our objective quickly, based on the Speed of Trust, as advocated by Stephen M.R. Covey. 

30 years of business experience, including 10 years of real estate sales and investing experience has served me well, and I believe the same is true for the vast majority of my clients.

I specialize in rehabbing to flip or hold, multi-family residential properties, short sales, new construction and old -- basically anything residential.  I have a team of professionals with whom I work -- lawyers, accountants, appraisers, property inspectors, and a number of highly-qualified contractors.  This doesn't mean I can't be flexible and work with your team.  I share this because I do have a deep and wide network of professional contacts.  If you're from out-of-town, or fairly new to real estate investing, I can save you lots of time, and possibly mistakes in choices, simply because of the "Speed of Trust" which I have with the folks with whom I work.
