About Us:
I became a Real Estate Agent after woking as an ICU and ER nurse for 12 years. I loved my patients and loved my job, but it was time to set forth on another adventure and passion which was Real Estate. I love getting to know knew people and love the proud feeling that I get when we close on their dream home and had a great transaction from start to finish. I treat my clients the way that I would want my grandparent or my children treated. I pride myself in giving my clients the information that is neccessary for them to make good, knowledgeable decisions. And we have fun in the process. I don't believe that searching for homes should be stressful. The more you talk and listen, most importantly, the more that you will find out what they are truly looking for in a community and a home.
My Husband and I have a team at Keller Williams, DTC. We are The Maiocco Team. We support each other and our clients 100% through thick and thin. We all love our jobs and I think that is what make Realtors successful and happy. That is the kind of person I would want to work with!
I love working in Real Estate in the mountain towns because, number one the scenery is beautiful, the houses are unique, the wildlife that you see is awsome, and it is not difficult to sell a community to a client with all of that plus, super pleasent and happy people.
My family and I live in Conifer and have fallen in LOVE with the community. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have 2 boys in school and the schools are great. MY children love it. Their teachers are very involved and kind. There are so many activities for the kids. So many opportunities to meet lots of kids and do other things besides video games, Since we have lived here, we have seen elk, deer, fox, bears, beautiful birds, and squirrels that like to attack my dogs head. My boys bike, ski, ride ATV's and play football. THere is always something to do!
