I have been a Real Estate agent since 2001 with experience in the commercial, multi-family, and residential markets. I am affiliated with Keller Williams Advisors.

About Me:

I have been a top producing agent in Cincinnati and the Eastern suburbs since moving my business from Atlanta to Cincinnati in 2009. In less than four years I have closed 80 transactions from first time homebuyers, to corporate transferees, move up buyers, and buyers and sellers looking to downsize.  My proactive and tech savvy business model makes the process enjoyable and convenient for the client whether they are buying or selling. I focus on providing excellent customer service, which is why a majority of my business comes from referrals from past clients.

Areas of Expertise

I do not specialize in any one particular area as my clients live in many different neighborhoods throughout Cincinnati. I work as both a listing and a buyer's agent. I have worked with many first time home buyers as well as helping to guide buyers who are transitioning from condominium ownership to puchasing their first single family home.

I also have clients looking to sell their current home and transition to a new one. My goal is to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible by using my experience to deliver my clients guidance throughout the realestate process. In this case my goal is to get their current house marketed in every medium and priced right so that it will sell quickly, while finding them a new property to purchase.

Since I recently relocated from another city, I feel that I am especially helpful to individuals or families who are in the process of moving to Cincinnati from another city. I understand the difficulties that people encounter when moving to a new environment and I can make things very simple for the relocating client.
