About Us:
Owning the local bait shop/country store for the Rush Lakes area of East Central Minnesota gives me the "scoop" on what's going on in the area! Most of my clientele is referral based, something I am honored to acknowledge. I believe that treating everyone honestly and ethically and having fun while doing it is the basis for not only good business, but a good life! I always strive to go beyond the norm, earning my CRS, ABR, TRC designations by continuing my education, and proven sales record. I have a proven track record of working with lenders in the REO sector providing timely and accurate BPO's, CMA's, PI's and Short Sale management.

I am highly knowledgeable with the issues facing lakeshore and shoreland property buyers and sellers. Septics, setbacks, permiting..all can confuse agents and clients not familiar with the area. In the past year I have worked with estates, heirs, divorces, foreclosures, short sales and a myriad of life altering circumstances with positive outcomes for all involved. I have been referred to many of my clients because of the compassionate, focused and confidential manner in which I have handled their transactions. Working with sellers and lenders to faciliate the short sale process has been one of my most rewarding and challenging accomplishments of the past year, and has proven to be something I take great pride in doing well.
