I am not new to service work. I am a Retired San Angelo Police Officer with 20 years of service to this community. That said, in my experience as a San Angelo area professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting people first. This for me now as a REALTOR® translates to putting you, my clients first.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent provider of service. As a Police Officer I strives to help others get through complex and stressful situations. Now as a Real Estate professional I still look forward to helping others with the purchase of real estate. Sometimes this is the first time to buy real estate and it can be a confusing & complex time for them.

Other qualities I have always tried to make a part of my work ethic are - integrity, in-depth knowledge about my community, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, Along with market knowledge, marketing skills all of which are how I work.

This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies that I have become accustom to are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

My Background

Currently retired from Law Enforcement, I previously served 1 year as a Tom Green County Sheriffs Deputy and 19 years as a San Angelo Police Officer.  With my experience in Law Enforcement I know all of San Angelo and the Tom Green County area. My knowledge of the area will assist you in finding the right home in an area you will truly want to make home for a long time.

During my carrier in Law Enforcement I had many duties. Patrol Officer, Detention Officer, Community Service Officer Bike Patrol, Detective Crime Scene Technician, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and others.

After retirement, I used my photography training from Crime Scene Investigation to open and operate my own photography business for several years and even had my own studio for a year before taking a full-time job as a Commercial Product Photographer & Web Page Developer Designer. Modern forms of photography require a good understanding in computer imaging technology. With this knowledge I will be able to offer quality marketing skills to the task of selling your property. Generally, the first thing prospective buyers see are pictures of the property, whether they are on the Internet or in print. Photographic images are part of a real estate agents most effective marketing tools. Good looking pictures help sell properties. I have several hobbies and enjoyments. One is the Martial Arts. I have been involved in Aikido as Instructor. I still study to maintain my skills because I still Instruct Defensive Tactics for local area Law Enforcement Academy that serves the 13 counties around San Angelo. I also love Scuba Diving when possible. When I am not doing those activities I create Custom Writing Pens & Pencils from Mesquite, Deer Antler & other exotic woods. One of my favorite activities is riding with my wife on our Harley Davidson Road King Classic.As a Realtor, I offers many unique talents and experiences to provide the very best services available in today's fast paced market. I believes in a people oriented, technologically sophisticated, hands-on approach to the real estate business. I am more your Biker Realtor®. I enjoy being easy going and straight forward. I dress very casually, I have tattoos, ride a Harley, and I am not much on suits. A suit, tie, and the ultra nice vehicle does not equate to better Realtor®. But when it is needed I can dress for the occasion. So I just might ride up on the Harley to show you property waring a pair of jeans, t-shirt and a ball cap. It comes down to I simply enjoy working Real Estate and doing a good job for my clients.
