I am a retired Army Air Traffic Controller.  I have served in Iraq and other locations over seas as well as many state side assignments.  I have taken that training and work ethic to good use in the Real Estate business.  My first full year in Real Estate, I was the top Realtor for Exit Realty in the state of Alabama.  I have continued to be the top agent ever since.  In 2010 I bought the company so that I can do more for my clients and treat them the way they deserve to be treated.  I can only attribute my success to the fact that I put my client's needs above my own.  My wife and kids are used to the long hours from the military and they still support me in Real Estate.  As my wife came up with my slogan:  Don't settle for less, go with Hess.  Nobody will take care of you and your needs better then I will.
