Who am I?:
Hi everyone, my name is Arlan Lloyd. I am with Objective Real Estate in Temecula. My Real Estate and computer background is instrumental to my success. I started off in the industry being an loan officer. My experience is vast and I still keep up to date with the finance side of the business. As the market changed, I continued to grow my knowledge move to the agent side of the Real Estate Business. I have represented clients who are first time home buyers to multi-million dollar estates along with investors who are either looking to flip or buy with a high return on their investments.
My marketing comes from an extensive back-ground in computers. I was the youngest Regional Director for CompUSA. At the age of 23 I was promoted, to continue my growth in the company meant moving in which I was not willing to do. I then started my own computer consulting company. I believe in the Internet (this is how you are reading this) and I utilize the web since well over 80% of people who are looking to buy or sell go on-line first. I have my MCSE, CNE, CNA, A+, HP, Compaq, IBM Certifications (no - I have not kept them current anymore as I move my profession into Real Estate.)

I recommend highly that you captivate your audience via the web. I receive well over 10 web-leads a day from on-line marketing. I will not tell you my secrets, but they are organic and I do not pay anything besides the cost of hosting and IDX.

I have an extreme marketing campaign for sellers. I have sold properties from the 4 million dollar range down to the lower end of the market place. I do not believe in print advertisment. I would challenge you to a 15 minute conversation and see why my marketing gets your home maximum exposure and the average days your home is on the market is much less then my compedition.
Buyers, experience someone who is well versed not in just representing your best interest, but also knows the mortgage side of the business and really utilizes the web to find you exactly what you are looking for.
Here is what I had a past client tell me "They give out real estate licenses to anyone and everyone, but only a few really know Real Estate". Let us be honest, that test is way too easy. Customer service, knowldge and experience is what really sets me apart. I just read a recent blog about designations and how consumers have no clue. Designations that take two days in a class to receive are not worth mentioning. Experience is not two days in a class, it is years out in the business.
Opening a door is one thing, opening a door and telling you about the neighborhood, taxes, if any HOA and what is included in the HOA, the market conditions of the neighborhood, what schools your children will attend and about the schools is really what makes a difference. I can not sell you a house, I can educate you so you can make your own decision on which house you would like to purchase.
