This is an exciting time to be in one of America's most vibrant and progressive cities! OK, so you've heard about our traffic, but hey, that comes with growth, right!? As the home of Coca Cola, Delta Air Lines, Home Depot, CNN, The Weather Channel and so many more companies, Atlanta is slated to keep expanding and building a stronger economy.
I am a Full Time Real Estate Agent specializing in the North Atlanta area. You and your family deserve a wonderful home with top schools, and I can make that happen for you!

-Luxury Homes: I am certified Previews Property Specialist for the state of Georgia. Coldwell Banker sells over $96 million in luxury homes DAILY! Our marketing plans and data base of wealthy Americans is second to none.
-Relocation: I am also a top relocation agent in the area. I work with Relocation Companies nationwide to help buyers AND sellers move in and out of the Atlanta area.
-Rental/Investment Properties: Let me help you develop some additional streams of cash flow for your future. I personally own rental homes in the area, as well as some farm land in East Georgia. Buying the right property at the right price is the key.
-Marketing/Advertising: My career before Real Estate was in advertising and marketing. I feel that part of my success in this business has come because I understand the laws of advertising and its importance. It's a competitive world out there. Your home needs to stand out.
-Tough Negotiator: I am a student of Chester Karass, the master of negotiation tactics. I use his methods for my clients whether in the buying or selling process. Great stuff!
-Communicator: I pride myself on being in contact with my clients frequently. One of the bigget complaints about Realtors, is that once you sign a contract, you never hear from them. I am just the opposite, and you will get constant updates, phone calls and e-mails. Unlike most agents, I will give you my OFFICE NUMBER, CELL PHONE AND HOME NUMBER, so you can always reach me if you need to.
