Home Staging is no longer about neutralizing to appeal to the masses. Home staging is a marketing tool that generates interest through "Life Style Merchandising" based on the demographics of the buyer and their interest.

Kahai is a trained professional staging expert that has earned her DS (Design Specialist), CSP (Certified Staging Professional) and ASPM (Accredited Staging Professional Master) designations. She has a team of professional stagers and dedicated laborers that are committed to effectively marketing homes for sale. We are specifically trained to evaluate and prepare homes for sale.

We do NOT decorate, we prepare homes based on demographics, architectural style and current trends. We understand how to create "a feeling" that allows buyers to see themselves in the home. We also understand the impact that the internet can have on selling a property and have quality photographs taken that capture the essence of each room.

Our goal is to partner with Realtors and homeowners to sell their properties for the most amount of money in the shortest period of time.
