I started in the Business in the late 70's with a broker developer on the westside of LA/Beverly Hills areas and started selling Residential and residential Income properties. My company then started to acquire medium size office buildings and learned office lease then indurtrial lease. Two years later I went to work for a large National Residential Real Estate Company and help said company open their Commercial Division. Ater 2 more years I was offerred a sales office Manager position and was trained to become a Branch Manager.
In 1986 I was one of the three founders and Principal of a New Real Estate company that eventually grew into 4 large offices and had a sales force of 350-400 real estate licensees in the eastern part of the San fernando Valley in Los Angeles.
My experience and area of expertise consists of Residential, Commercial/Industrial sales and Leases, Branch then company Management and Ownership.
I am currently working in The san Fernando Valley, Westlake,Thousand oaks & Canejo Valley, L.A/Westside and busy getting Designations and my Broker License which is overdue.
