About Us:
I have over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ten of those Years have been with RE/MAX. I hold a B.S. Degree in Finance and Accounting. Before becoming an owner of my own RE/MAX franchise, I specialized in investment real estate, foreclosures, short sales, builder referrals, and represented various banks in the sale of their REO's. Of course, I also represented hundreds of clients throughout the southland in the sale, financing, and purchase of their homes. I've enjoy the real estate industy and am passionate about what RE/MAX offers to those of us in the industry so I bought my first RE/MAX franchise in early 2006. I currently have about 25 agents\lenders and I'm always looking for good quality agents\lenders. My wife, Zulma, is also an agent as well as our Office Manager.
