About Us:

 I am a licensed, bonded and insured Graduate of Greenville Technical Colleges Home Inspection course. I have been certified as an Environmental Inspection Specialist by Pro-Labs, Environmental Solutions Association, and the Indoor Air Quality Association. I have a combined 14 years experience in the construction trades and have been a certified ISO 9000 internal auditor as well. We now offer THERMAL IMAGING with home inspections and also passive energy audits.

I specialize in customer service and offer 6 types of inspections to suit all levels of insoection needs and pricing. My goal is to provide a customer with the peace of mind to make an informed decision. I offer a HEALTHY HOME INSPECTION as well. I specialize in helping people relocating to my area by following up and being a go between if there are any questions. I have a network of contacts that my clinets can draw from. My reporting system is computer generated and is user friendly for the buyer,seller, or agent. I have numerous types of reports to satisfy all needs. We provide environmental services as well.
