Lender Recommendation letter for Adam Malachi

 

 

Many of today's real estate transactions take more work on the part of both agent and realtor, as properties have been empty for long periods, more parties are involved from a legal perspective due to "short sales" by bank, HUD-owned properties, and in general stricter lending guidelines.  As a 29 years mortgage veteran, I always appreciate those agents who work in partnership with Bank of America when hurdles arise.  Adam Malachi is one such agent.  On a recent transaction, we both learned of potential structural concerns by our FHA appraiser.  Due to the many years of experience in the industry, Adam was able to open his book of contacts, and contact a structural engineer who rapidly inspected the property, and was able to issue an Engineer's letter that quickly put to rest any fears on the part of the appraiser, so that we could close the loan on time.

 

Working with experience Realtors and experienced lenders is a bonus in this market, as these individuals always work in the best interest of the Homebuyers, and know how to expeditiously deal with almost any situation that can arise.
