About Me:

Living in the Denver metro are the past 27 years I have learned to enjoy hiking, mountain biking, playing golf, wine tasting and reading. My children proudly attend douglas county schools. I love living in Colorado and all it has to offer and enjoy the diversity of Colorado homes. I currently live in the Highlands Ranch area with my husband and two children.

The History: How did I become a real estate broker?

I have always been creative, an artist if I may. I love architecture and learned so much about building and engineering as a child from my father. He is an engineer specializing in airports. While I was in high school he worked on the infamous Denver International Airport.  I was surrounded by architects and designers. Now I admit that I do not enjoy doing math - so I leaned away from architecture from fear of doing a lot of something I don't enjoy. So design it was. In college for design I met a former Denver Bronco who had become a broker. It peaked my interest and I ended up going to a real estate school next. I enjoy working with home builders, and have an edge; I have the ability to draft and read building plans, and an understanding of the building process. It transfers to my clients since I have a love for viewing property and finding ways to make each space work for them. Now if I could just get the kids to put things in their space... I will have to work on my motivational speaking!

I am a residential agent in south denver, specializing in first time buyers and military relocation.  I have extensive experience with new home builders, and custom home purchases.  I can assist you through the short sale process.  I want you pleased with the process and better off financially.
