Our team provides expertise in the Brandywine Valley (Delaware and Chester counties) and specific areas of Montgomery County (Conshohocken and the Main Line). We provide expertise AND perspective for relocating employees of both major and smaller employers in the area including QVC, DuPont, AstraZeneca, Endo, Visa, Chase, Barclays, Bank of America, Exelon, MEI, Boeing, and West Chester University. We nurture strong relationships with local small business owners and take pride in utilizing and recommending their services.

As agents who started in real estate investing (before the boom!) while holding corporate careers, we understand the concept of long-term value.

We primarily transact in moderate to high-end residential property, having earned Keller Williams Luxury Certification. Additionally, we have helped many clients navigate the short sale and pre-foreclosure processes. Our clients have ready access to our on-staff attorney.

As investors, we help clients evaluate the four rates of return on a real estate investment, so that they can decide if a property is the right fit for their investment portfolio.

When a client is not the right fit for our team's skillset or geographic reach, we have a select network of agents across the country with whom we have personal experience. We frequently help clients interview agents and brokers in locations outside our area of expertise so that they may proceed with confidence.

I bring over 15 years experience in corporate management to our team. With success in high-level roles in Finance, Customer Service Management, and Process Engineering, you can be sure that your transaction will be managed efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of service.

I grew up in western Pennsylvania and attended St Vincent College (BS '91 Finance and Economics) in Latrobe and Wake Forest University (Exec MBA '98) in Winston-Salem and Charlotte, North Carolina. I have lived in Pittsburgh; Charlotte, North Carolina; Frankfurt, Germany; Philadelphia; and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. With many corporate relocations, I know how important it is to have excellent representation when buying and selling a home.

After a thorough marketing analysis, my husband Paul and I settled in West Chester, PA. In addition to our daughter, we have three pets rescued from local animal shelters. When not working, we enjoy spending time with family and friends at our second home in State College, PA, home of The Pennsylvania State University.
