Andrew Jay Mayon is a graduate of the University of Southern California and has been photographing various subjects over the past twenty years. His travels have allowed him to see and photographs some of the most amazing places on Earth. It also allows him to view the world around himself much differently than most, as he tend to appreciate the scenes as they unfold before him.

I began focusing on Real Estate Photography because I recognized there was a serious need of some high quality, dramatic images of houses that would appeal to many homebuyers online. Since 85% of potential homebuyers utilize the internet to focus their research, it was important to me as a North Carolina resident to provide a valuable service to the community to assist those who are relocating to the Tarheel state.

Having owned and operated a high-end retail furniture showroom and interior design firm on Maui for 15 years, I have great appreciation for what builders build, what designers design, etc. Combine this with my passion and artistic eye for photography, and it generates a powerful combination.
My "job" is not merely to take photographs for builders and Realtors. My "job" is to help create a dramatic impact online for them that helps motivate buyers to see their homes, and enables them more opportunities to close the sale.
