A little about me and what I do...
I have worked in title and escrow for almost 7 years now. I started in the plant do searches on properties then moved over in to escrow about a year later. Once in escrow I worked on a builder desk for about 3 years servicing a national known builder, Centex Homes. With the market slowing down, our office needed to start aquiring business from outside sources. I then gave the builder business to another collegue and began actively maintaining a resale/refi desk. I have now been a retail escrow officer for about 3 years specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
