Chris Brown has joined First Federal Bank as a Home Loan Consultant. Chris has been in Mortgage Lending for over ten years, the past six of which he owned and managed a real estate mortgage company serving the Jackson County area. Chris is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University and holds a B.S. in Business Management. He is also a U.S. Navy Veteran.

As an established and experienced Real Estate Salesman, Chris is adept at helping both first time home buyers and "experienced" home buyers in the Eastern Jackson County area. Chris' specialty is in purchasing and building transactions, but he is excited about First Federal Bank's Blanket Loan. The Blanket Loan will help buyers purchase a new home before selling their existing home.

Chris believes that the best customer service he can give is the only service he will provide to his customers. He is focused on Realtor, Builder and referral relationships from both local professionals and past customers. Chris has mainly worked in Eastern Jackson County and would like to continue to focus on helping families buy and build homes in that area.

Chris enjoys his days off with two sons. Chris lives in Jackson County and is active in assisting one his sons in Boy Scouts of America and both sons in baseball and football. Chris also enjoys fishing, golfing, traveling and spending quality time with his family.
