About Dave:
As a Sales Manager, I am responsible not only to run my team, but also respond to my client's needs. Our team can lend in Minnesota and Wisconsin and 34 additional States. I am the single point of contact for my clients throughout the process and after the closing. My team may be with the the largest independently owned mortgage company in the midwest, but my phone number is the only number they need!
I am proud to provide my clients with not only intelligent & knowledgeable loan counseling, but also with real care & concern for their needs. I personally have over 27 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. You will receive personalized care from me, my account managers, my processing staff and administrative assistant. Concern for the customer is my number one priority.
My family resides in Maple Grove, Minnesota. We have a 2nd home in Chisago City, Minnesota where I am the past president of the Green Lake Association. I have 3 children; one is in her 20's living in Portland working as an international tour guide. Two are in their 30's living in Minnesota. One is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and one works with me at River City Mortgage in marketing support. I also have 2 grandchildren. My hobbies include boating and fishing. I also enjoy photography. I was raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to the Twin Cities in 1975.
