About Us:

Home Staging by Amie was founded by Amie Hebert Chaney, a certified Home Staging Expert, based on her sincere desire to utilize her gifts and talents in service to others. Amie has a lifelong passion for creating warm and inviting interiors.

Amie is extremely dedicated to promoting home staging as part of the real estate industry, something she accomplishes by speaking to groups of agents.  Amie also enjoys coaching others about her area of expertise which is of course Home Staging .  Amie has coached individuals who were interested in becoming professional home stagers or Realtors wanting to acquire  home staging skills to provide another layer of service to their clients.  Amie is available for one on one coaching sessions which are designed to  address your specific need.    Contact Amie today to discuss how her years of experience can benefit you in the way that only a great coach will.

Consultation

Amie will do a walk-through of the home assessing buyer appeal and recording pertinent details of what is needed to get it ready for sale. Following the consultation, the property owner will receive a fully detailed report outlining her recommendations.

The Consultation service is designed for homeowners who wish to implement the plan on their own. However, time and frustration can be saved by allowing Amie to implement the Home Staging plan and recommendations.

Complete Home Staging Implementation

Knowing what needs to be done and actually doing it are two different things. Home Staging by Amie offers complete home staging implementation. To ensure the home will be shown at its finest, Amie will fulfill the staging plan and recommendations provided during the consultation.

Home Staging by Amie will assist as little or as much as needed, from a single consultation to a complete Home Staging implementation.
