Meet Sue, Carli, and Brian

 

Sue Amlin

Sue is a licensed real estate agent of 25 years and has achieved many advanced certifications including CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).

She has also garnered numerous honors and awards through RE/MAX International including Platinum Club Achievement, the Hall of Fame, and the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Sue is a lifelong volunteer and recently served as President of the Tipp City Chamber of Commerce.  In her free time, Sue enjoys her family and grandchildren.  Her hobbies include gardening, basketball, and traveling . . . especially to beaches!

 

Carli Amlin Dean

Licensed in 2000, Carli has been with the team since 1998 and was raised in the family business.

Carli is a graduate of Otterbein College with a B.A. in both Organizational and Speech Communications and a Minor in Business. She received her Accredited Buyer Representative certification (ABR) in 2006 and her Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) in 2007. In addition to managing marketing and advertising for Amlin Advantage, Carli is the closing coordinator.

As an active community volunteer, Carli serves the Tipp Monroe Community Services Board of Trustees, Tipp City Chamber of Commerce, Dayton Area Board of Realtors, and Children’s Miracle Network. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and her new puppy Cuddles, playing tennis competitively, and trying new restaurants & coffee shops.

 

Brian Amlin

Licensed in 2006, Brian has worked with the Amlin Advantage team since 2002.

Brian is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in Business. He received his Accredited Buyer Representative certification (ABR) in 2007 and is an advocate of continuing education. Brian is a member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors.

Outside of work, Brian volunteers with local schools. His hobbies include cooking, growing fresh vegetables, and cheering on his hometown favorites: the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals, and Cincinnati Reds.
