Amy is a graduate of Madison County High School. She attended Athens Area Technical College and Capstone Mortgage Institute where she received a "Certified Loan Specialist" degree. Since becoming a loan officer, Amy has received numerous certifications and awards. She is most proud of her most recent award where she was honored by The Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers as one of their "Top Producers". She was ranked 17th in the state for her production in 2002. Amy attends Mt. Pleasant Church in Lexington. She is an affiliate member of the Athens Area Association of Realtors, a member of the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Athens Area Homebuilders Association.
