My business focuses on working with buyers, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge of the area with them. Whether they are new to the area, making a local move, interested in a For Sale By Owner, new construction, custom build, townhome, condo, or raw land, I can truly represent their best interests. In my first year alone, I sold a record breaking $10.4 million in real estate. Being involved in networking groups with Top Agents throughout the United States, and more importantly, working on a team led by Stephen Cooley, I feel that I have the resources to get the right answer to obstacles that I may not have encountered before from the best. Often times, having these resources not only makes for a smoother transaction, but also saves my clients a lot of money!
In addition to the ABR certification metioned above, I am a Certified Negotiation Specialist and am proud of the fact that this has translated into significant savings for my clients. The education and training, along with the actual knowledge and experience in completing almost 80 transactions as of the Fall of 2007 has given me what I believe amounts to many more years of experience than most agents in this area.
