I am a native Oregonian, licensed for over 18 years in the gorge. I am a licensed Broker in both OR & WA. I've lived in the Gorge since 1985, except for 2 years ('91-'93) in Bend, Oregon where we lived while my husband and I built a large custom home. I also have 20+ years of hands on construction experience. Yes, I do site layout, foundation work, framing, installing doors & windows, siding, drywall, painting, installing and finishing flooring, finish carpentry and more.
I know the gorge market well. I am a member of the Mid Columbia Board of Realtors, Oregon Assn of Realtors, and National Assn of Realtors. I like to help people find exactly what they're looking for and I work very hard doing that. I'd like to help you find your home in the gorge.

Being in the construction industry also, I have a hands on knowledge of the building process as well as the current real estate market in the gorge. Since 1991, my husband and I with help from our sons have built 7 new custom homes. We have also completed 5 total restoration projects. One of our favorites was The Historic Colby House at 1219 Columbia Ave. in Hood River for which I wrote the nomination for the National Historic Registry.
