I was born and raised in Albany, OR. After about ten years of living out of state in CA, TX, and Japan, I returned home to Linn County to raise my three children. I have been practicing real estate now since 2003. After selling new homes for one of the area's largest builders, I have returned to Coldwell Banker Valley Brokers to widen my range of knowledge and experience so that I am better able to assist all kinds of buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

Testimonials
My family and I have just relocated to Wyoming from Albany and it could have been a very stressful time for us. You see, when we found out about or relocation, our home was not sold and rumors of a real estate crash were making the market very soft in Albany.
This is when we contacted Amy Price with Coldwell Banker. In Amy, we found a REALTOR who worked harder than any REALTOR we have ever worked with. she called us frequently, had multiple open houses, kept our flyer box full, and basically just worked as if it was a personal matter to her to have our house sell.
The thing about Amy is that once we did receive an offer on our home, her hard work still continued full swing. With us out of the town, she arranged for all repairs to be done and even disposed of some trash we had accidentally left behind. This is just the beginning of the wonderful things this lady did for us in order to make our transition very smooth. I only wish she could sell us a new home here, as she is one of a kind.
I want to thank her for being such a blessing to our family. "
