About Me:
Amy Stier, Florida Managing Broker has moved!! to Easy Street Realty!
a perfect fit for Amy, who began her real estate career in 1996 with the nations first fully virtual/internet based company: newhomes.com (later named New Homes Realty.)
At that firm, of her fourteen years there, ten were in the role of Florida Managing Broker. Within her first five years she grew the company’s presence from five to forty-five active markets and, the annual sales volume from $7 million to $300 million.
During her time as Florida Managing Broker Amy played many other roles:
*Working with the IT team on website development, SEO, and the creation of the proprietary CRM program: LeadSuite.
*Training photographers and working closely with writers to build out sites and content.
*Partnered with owner/President on the recruitment and training of new Brokers resulting in expansion to an additional ten states.
*2004 Named National Training Manager. Wrote the company’s first formal training program and the policies/procedures manual; utilizing classroom, video and online tools.
*2004, 2005 received Leadership Award and ‘highest increase in sales volume’
While working as a sales associate she was recognized:
1996: Rookie of the year & #1 Sales Leader for volume and transaction sides
1997, 1998 #2 Sales Leader
1999 Leadership award, Top Recruiter
Amy is a lifelong ‘learner,’ refuses to rest on her laurels and, believes in delivering ‘exceptional experiences’ to all that she deals with, starting always with her first customers, her Agent team. An entrepreneurial, ‘owner mindset’ individual Amy is used to working independently, yet thrives in the collaborative environment found at Easy Street.
Almost a native, Amy has lived in Sarasota, Gainesville, Clearwater and Naples. Since 2002 she’s made her home in Lake Mary, a bedroom community of Orlando, FL, with her husband Eric, owner & Broker of Brentwood Construction & Remodeling, and their two children Keegan and Olivia.
