About Us:
We are passionate about supporting real estate professionals and helping them discover their strengths, plan for action, and implement the steps to create the business and life they want.
I was blessed to be with Howard Brinton STAR POWER Systems, once the premier training and motivating organization for the real estate industry, from 1996 through January 2008. Prior to that, I was Operations Manager for one of STAR POWER's interviewed top agents, Cathy Russell. She introduced me to Howard Brinton and the STAR POWER Network, and I instantly discovered not only the best real estate training in the world, but also a new family.
In January of 2008 I launched Changing Lanes Consulting, and have had the pleasure of coaching professionals all over North America, primarily real estate agents, as they discover their purpose and passion. I have also enjoyed conducting onsite consults for agent teams.
In 2009 I founded Real Estate Masters Guild, a progressive and inclusive organization not only to educate and motivate real estate agents to focus on profitability, but also to show agents that balance and significance are also attainable. Our semi-annual events, driven by best practices of active agents, also offer every attendee one-on-one mentoring while onsite and six months of group accountability after the event.
Areas of Expertise
We specialize in all things important to the real estate professional - team building, attaining balance, efficiency, systems generation, and DISC personality profiles to name several. We also have extensive background with scripts for working with prospects, and with preparing outstanding presentation materials.
I am a Professional Certified Coach, originally licensed through the Academy for Coach Training in Seattle, WA, and internationally credentialed in 2008 by the ICF. Real Estate Masters Guild gives me the opportunity through its coaching division to offer executive one-on-one coaching, onsite consulting to evaluate the effectiveness of your business, and facilitation of team planning retreats.
