About Us:

I have five years of experience, with over 900 inspections for happy clients.  About 40% of my clients are from referrals from past clients. I am licensed by the state, insured and a member of ASHI.

Areas of Expertise

As a home inspector, I am a generalist.  If I discover an issue during an inspection, it goes in the report and I discuss it with my clients.  Most of the defects are easily repaired by licensed contractors.  As a member of ASHI, I strictly follow the rules.  I do not recommend contractors to clients due to the possibility of conflict of interest.  I have found that most agents have a list of contractors that can make the necessary repairs.  Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal.
