The Anderton Corp specializes in real-estate revitalization. We acquire neglected or non-functional properties and find ways to make them functional again. We also offer property management services for commercial and residential properties.
We offer commercial, residential, retail and industrial properties with a variety of lease terms and options. We also offer properties for sale.
We're always on the lookout for "property no one else wants", because we love the challenge of bringing them back. We work with a core group of contractors to get property functional again.

Areas of Expertise
Our primary expertise is in commercial real estate. We have successfully rehabilitated a wide variety of property types, including historic retail and warehouse space, restaurants, light industrial and multi-family dwellings. We've also branched out into single-family residential properties, acquiring neglected properties and successfully re-integrating them into the surrounding communities.
We focus on bringing our properties "back into the community" in which they are located and provide our customers and tenants with a home or place of business of which they can be proud, just as we are to offer it to them.
We also offer property management services for commercial and residential property of any size.

Some of our current large projects include:
- Horsefeathers Roadhouse - A multi-use family-friendly entertainment facility on Lake Norman in Sherrills Ford. It features a convenience store with gas and diesel, a bar/gameroom and a BBQ-themed restaurant.
