About Andrea:
I've been living in the Austin area on and off for almost 10 years now. Originally from Houston, Austin has always been a second home. Both my mother's parents attended the University of Texas at Austin and my father's side of the family has been here for several generations. I grew up visiting family here frequently and have been able to watch it grow, yet remain the diverse and eclectic place that continues to draw people in. I love Austin and can't see myself living (permanently) anywhere else!
Outside of work, I keep busy with my 3 year old, feisty, beautiful daughter, and my husband Daniel, who I've been with for 6 years.
Currently, I am a member of the National and Texas Association of Realtors, as well as the Austin Board of Realtors, where I serve on the Foundation Scholarship Committee, which has been an extremely rewarding experience!
My Specialties:
Relocation has been the largest portion of my clients so far. About 90% of the people I have dealt with have been relocating from another state. Nothing excites a proud, native Texan more, than to help "outsiders" see what great place it is. I enjoy working with people and making new friends, and helping them to accomplish their goals.
If you are looking for homes in Bouldin Creek, Travis Heights, or East Cesar Chavez, those are my specialties, but I do work all over Austin.
In addition, I have extensive experience in the Leander and Cedar Park areas, just north of town. Both cities have seen huge growth in the last 5 years and the homes are extremely affordable and offer spacious lots, and family friendly neighborhoods, as well as an extremely good public school system (Leander ISD).
My goal is to find the right fit for every buyer, and continue to be their trusted agent as they go through life. Customer service is the most important aspect of my job, and I strive to make sure my clients know their best interests are being looked after.
