I am a certified e-pro, DFS (default certified specialist) with Century 21 Award in Eastlake area of Chula Vista. I specialize in first time buyer programs, and also in REO properties. We sell a high number of short sale and foreclosure properties. I work with a lot of relocating buyers, so my listings always sell quickly. The overall market time for any of my listings is 3 weeks at the most. My last listing sold in only 3 days on the market. I have a lot of buyers that are looking to relocate to this area that are in the military, so if you are looking for a listing agent, I am the one you want. I can sell your home quickly.
