I am a certified e-pro, DFS (default certified specialist) with Century 21 Award in Eastlake area of Chula Vista.  I specialize in first time buyer programs, and also in REO properties.  We sell a high number of short sale and foreclosure properties.  I work with a lot of relocating buyers, so my listings always sell quickly.  The overall market time for any of my listings is 3 weeks at the most.  My last listing sold in only 3 days on the market. I have a lot of buyers that are looking to relocate to this area that are in the military, so if you are looking for a listing agent, I am the one you want.  I can sell your home quickly.  I have a lot of experience selling short sale listings as well.  Working with the lender to get you to a positive closing is my main objective.  They can be difficult, but are also very rewarding when we reach an agreement.  My ultimate goal is to bring the buyer and seller to a positive experience with their real estate transaction.
