About Me:

I graduated from Chico State University in 1994.  My background and specialty is in customer service.  I know what is needed to make a customer satisfied and realize communication is key.  I am personable, hard working, dependable and very detail oriented.

With the customer's financial well-being in mind, I am able to advise clients on different loan options.  I can explain the total cost of the loan over time and how to decrease the amount to time it takes to pay off their mortgage.  I watch the Bond Market and use that information to decide when it is the best time to "lock-in" a rate.  I have the experience and tools at my fingertips to guide the client though the loan process and becoming customers for life.
