"A letter of reference for Andrew Plank. Our work required us, late in the fall, to move to the Victoria area from Ontario. We began to look for housing through the internet and through a realtor. Our first and second realtors both seemed unable to send us listings for the kind of place we were looking for, and their websites held little information.
