Who should inspect?
REALTORS: I will give you a drive-by or walk-through inspection. I can do this simply and inexpensively over the phone or with a more formal report with descriptions and photographs.
OWNERS & BUYERS: I will give you an unbiased report of the condition of your property and, if you like, recommendations for improvements. If you are constructing or remodelling, I will conduct and inspection about how your project is being built. I offer single inspections and multiple construction phased inspections. I will conduct final inspections, punch-list inspections and warranty period inspections.
BUILDERS: I provide an objective inspection and report on the quality and progress of your construction projects, including your in-house work as well as the work of your subcontractors, materials and equipment. I can do a single inspection, a fact-finding inspection, or complete phased inspections from underground work all the way through final inspection and beyond to warranty inspections.
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS: I will provide complete, independent and unbiased inspectional services for your Public Areas, Site, and Exteriors and I will offer discounted services to your unit owners.
INVESTORS & DEVELOPERS: I provide all levels of inspections for the commercial buildings you own, operate or are under consideration. My service is independent of all trade contractors. I provide pre-purchase, maintenance, and construction inspections for commercial properties.
PROPERTY MANAGERS: I will provide independent inspections of pre-construction, construction, and post construction work as well as assistance in the development of maintenance programs.
LENDERS: I will inspect and provide a report on the the property, existing or under construction. I will perform single inspections or construction phased inspections.

RELO'S: For those that are relocating, I can do a long-distance inspection and upload my report for review. I will talk you through the house and the inspection.
ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS: If your program includes working an existing building can help you review and asses its problems as you develop your plans. I will inspect your building with an eye to provide practical advice from a General Contractor's point of view.
When to inspect?
PRE SALES LISTING INSPECTION: I will inspect before you sell a property to give you an objective look at its condition and provide you with an opportunity to correct deficiencies.
PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION: I will inspect before you buy a property to give you an unemotional and unbiased analysis of the condition of your future investment.
MAINTENANCE INSPECTION: I will inspect your property to develop a maintenance program to protect your real estate assets. I will help you to prioritize what should be done to maintain your building and land.
WARRANTY INSPECTION: I will inspect your property at warranty time to ensure that contractor properly fulfills their obligations.
RENTERS INSPECTION: I will inspect your property before you move in or when vacated to document the condition of the rental property.
