Factoids:

I've been investing since 1998, in the mortgage business since 1995, and a real estate agent since 1998. As of 2009, I am now a Broker-Associate.

My husband is in the Mortgage Business and we often work together to get homeowners and buyers the best loan and home.

I am also past president of both of the REIA groups here in Central Florida, one for 2 years and the other for over 4 years.

I train real estate agents all over Florida and frequently submit articles to various publications in the real estate industry.

I am Specialist on the Florida Foreclosure process and have written 2 courses on the subject that have been approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to give credit hours to real estate agents.

This expertise is also used in the field as I help both buyers and sellers cut through the "junk" in the foreclosure market to get their desired results, either selling or buying a home.
