3. STANDARD*: Includes all Basic services, plus Real Estaging includes smaller "props" to create the desired effect.

4. PREMIUM*: All Basic & Standard services, plus Real Estaging includes multiple larger props (furniture).

5. r.e.MODELs: Complete design, furnishing and accessorizing of a totally vacant property.

*ALL Basic, Standard & Premium levels include the following: Room-by-Room Home Evaluation; Yard & Garden Evaluation; Photo & Video Documentation; Seller's Do-To-Sell List; Furniture, Accessory & Framed Artwork Editing & Re-Arrangement; Kitchen & Bath Editing; Prop Placement Proofs and task coordination of 3rd party independent contractors.
