What can I afford? What kind of loan do I want? Is my agent familiar with the area? What is the process like from beginning to end? Why do I want to live in this area? How long do I anticipate staying at this job? Do I mind commuting? Where can I find out about school districts? How do school districts effect property value? Do I prefer newer construction, or elements of older homes? What difference will a home inspection make? Am I informed about the risk of buying a foreclosure? What kind of home will suit the needs of my life and family? What is good ROI on my investment property?
