Welcome To My Site
Real estate ownership is, and always will be, part of the American Dream. It is attainable by nearly all citizens, often with the help of our own government. It means a choice, a voice, and a place to call home. There, we are relaxed and secure, knowing our environment, feeling at peace that we can construct our lives according to our individual beliefs. Our home is a place from which to stand, to belong, and to be integrated into this fabric called American life.
As part of the Realtor family, which is bound by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, I reach out with conviction that we are serving neighbors with their best interest in mind. I am proud to find myself among those who can facilitate this dream; to make it a reality for those who are first-time home buyers to those moving into their second or third homes. As for sellers, although we are facing hard times, we know that better times are ahead and have at our disposal solutions to get homes sold quickly and efficiently.

Asking the Right Questions
Service Areas
Wayne, Oakland, and Livingston Counties. I am proud to be from Plymouth Township, where I continue to work, live, and own rental property. My main areas of business are Plymouth, Canton, Northville, Novi, Livonia, South Lyon and Farmington Hills... but I have sold homes as far as Hamburg Township, Brighton, Oxford Township, Macomb and St. Clair Shores.
The Buyer's Vision... begins with a few questions.
What can I afford? What kind of loan do I want? Is my agent familiar with the area? What is the process from beginning to end? Why do I want to live in a particular area? How long do I anticipate staying at this job? Do I mind commuting? Where can I find out about school districts? How do school districts effect property value? Do I prefer newer construction, or elements of older homes? What difference will a home inspection make? Am I informed about the risk of buying a foreclosure? What kind of home will suit the needs of my life and family? What is good ROI on my investment property?
Regarding the benefits of a buyer's agent, see my blog post on The Best Scenario.
The Seller's Goal... can be achieved by careful choices.
WHICH AGENT will get results? ...do I feel comfortable with? ...presents a thorough market analysis? ...can talk about all marketing portals? ...markets to relevant customers? ... sells real estate full time? ...lives in the area? ... is aggressive for my needs? ...follows up consistently? is persistent and available? ...puts me ahead of competition? ...is optimistic about my goals? ...can guide me through a short sale if necessary? ...can talk about short sales knowledgably?
