I am an experienced real estate agent with over 10 years of service.  I enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers.  I am skilled in staging homes for sale by minimizing clutter and de-personalizing.

My motto reflects the way I live my life and conduct business: For Me, Life, And Real Estate, Is About Family And A Good Investment Of Time In All."  I never take the shortcut unless it is the best way to do business or get to the best result for my life, my family or my clients.  And, then, I only take it when the right parties are aware of what we need to do and do fast to get the desired results.

I worked in marketing, advertising and public realtions for over 16 years before becoming a real estate agent.  Some of my former employers were Nestle, Pacific Telesis and Morgen Walke.  I know what professionalism is in business and I also understand customer service is a large part of professionalism.

I do specialize in first time and move-up home buyers.  I strive to make sure my clients are fully informed throughout the real estate processes so that the decisions they are making are based on the best information I can find.  I want them to be happy at the closing and in a year from the closing. 

I am proud, but sad, to say that I have only ever had one client that ended up in a foreclosure process on their home and it had nothing to do with their home, their loan or my services but due to a lost job situation.  And, then she called me for advice and thanked me for all my help when she bought her home.

My clients come from all walks of life and employment situations.  I work with many state, federal and local employees.  I have clients that are doctors, nurses and attorneys.  I have clients that are tv repairmen and teachers.  I have worked with cleints building homes that were hundreds of thousands of dollars to clients that could only afford $38,000.00.

All my clients are important to me and I give each and everyone specialized and personal attention!
