About Us:
I was an "A" student throughout my life and became an English teacher for eight years. Because of that, my clients often tell me that they feel involved and well informed if not completely educated about the home buying and selling process. My wife mainly works with investors who look for high end homes for themselves and investment properties to rent. I, in turn, provide her clients with rent values and property management. I also work with their business ventures buying office spaces or large multi-family units. If you are looking for resale homes, we have both done that for years. Our office works often with new home builders listing a variety ourselves. New homes and modern homes with less than ten years comprises nearly 80% of our transactions.
