Areas of Expertise

I proudly represent the southern end of the Grand Strand, including Litchfield/Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, Surfside Beach, Garden City and other surrounding areas.  If you are in the market to buy or sell residential or commercial property, I can help you with all of your real estate needs. No matter what you are looking for: a getaway on the ocean or Intracoastal Waterway, a golf course community, something big and fancy or something simple, you can find YOUR place on the Grand Strand. There are homes, townhouses, condos and residential lots for all lifestyles from less than $100,000 on up to the millions. I am truly dedicated to finding that perfect house or selling a beloved home!

........ Along the Grand Strand, sparkling warm waters crash into exceptionally beautiful sandy beaches that are home to seagulls and loggerhead sea turtles among other marine life. Just within the gates of Brookgreen Gardens, over 900 acres of the world's largest, most incredibly gorgeous outdoor sculpture gardens, walking trails and natural animal habitats can be found.  Being one of the natives' favorite getaways, this old Rice Plantation is not only a walk back through history, but a fantastic place for a family picnic!  Just across the highway, you can find Huntington Beach State Park, the Atalaya Castle, a campground, and a lovely stretch of golden sand where plenty of locals can be found walking the shore, gathering shark teeth and seashells.   The many venues in the area offer numerous concerts, festivals and events of all kinds; certainly something to suit everyone.  With such beautiful weather throughout most of the year, one could play golf almost everyday at a different course and seemingly never run out of places to try!  There are so many wonderful things to find along the Grand Strand, such as fishing charters, parasailing, surfing, shopping, spas, nightlife and more restaurants than one could imagine. Murrells Inlet is known for its charm, hospitality and most of all, being the Seafood Capital of South Carolina!  There are 100reds of restaurants in the area providing numerous variations on the classics from surf and turf to sushi and so much more. The arts and cultural development of the area is incredibly vast, with many local artists, musicians and such finding a place for themselves all over the town.  Come down to the strand and find your place!

My History As A Realtor

2002 -  I started out at Re/Max By The Sea....My first closing ever was in May and I went on to close 17 contracts in that particular year while attaining Re/Max's prestigious 100% Club.

2003 -  I started thinking about giving up golf due to the time it took to do the job correctly and I went on to close 43 contracts, and once again the 100% Club.

2004 -  My golf bag gathered cobwebs as the Grand Strand continued to be sought after and I worked more than ever with the results being 74 closings, becoming the first "By the Sea" agent ever to attain their very prestigious Platinum Club , #32 Individual Producer in the Carolina's and now being "By the Sea's" Top Producer.  Add to that being named "South Carolina Woman" magazine's Woman of The Month for September, what a year!!!

2005 - Working more than ever (what are those strange clubs in a bag in my garage for?), I ended the year with 81 contracts (34 homes, 31 condos, and 16 land) with a total volume of $22 million dollars making me the 9th highest individual producer in the Carolinas.  In South Carolina itself, I was the number two individual producer.  I became the first "By the Sea" agent to achieve Re/Max's highest annual award, the Chairman's Club! 72 of the 2,731 agents in the Carolinas made the club!  Also, during the year I was inducted into their Hall of Fame, just 3 years after becoming a Realtor.

2006- 49 Closings (19 Homes, 20 Condos, & 10 Land/Lots) worth $16 million in volume. Top individual producer for Re/Max by the Sea for the 3rd year in a row.  Titled as #2 in SC and #9 in the Carolinas combined with Re/Max. Chosen by Real Estate Magazine in their July Article, "Realtors on the Rise," as one of their Top 50 in the USA! I was the only two time winner at the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce "Impeccable Customer Experience" (I.C.E.) Award, sweeping both awards in the Real Estate Category and besting some longtime area firms.

2007-- I started the year by being named winner of BOTH the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce's I.C.E. (Impeccable Customer Experience) Awards in the Real Estate Category.  I ended the year with 43 closed contracts, with a total volume of $14,403,065,resulting in my being the #1 Re/Max Individual Producer on the Grand Strand, #1 "by the sea"  for the 4th year in a row, #4 in the whole state of SC and once again a  platinum club member. In September  I was honored and commended by the SC House of Representatives for my "hard work and dedication to the community."

I started 2008 by once again being named the winner of the Chamber of Commerce's I.C.E. Award in the Real Estate Business Category and am the only 3-time winner in the Awards' History.  I have ended the year with 34 contracts closed (17 Buyers Agent/17 Sellers Agent) with a total volume of $12,804,385. Though the market was tough, I've been blessed with another great year as the #1 Individual Producer for Re/Max on the Grand Strand and #2 in the state of South Carolina!!

2009 and the Market it was, created the hardest work in my career in getting closings done due to the many curve balls thrown at those attempting to close Real Estate from all angles. Despite such a Market, I was able to close 28 contracts (16 listings & 12 as Agent for the Buyers) worth $7,442,651 in total making me the #3 Re/max Residential Individual on the Grand Strand and #9 in the Whole State of SC for 2009!

2010- 27 Contracts (16 sellers, 11 buyers) for $9,167,474 in total volume,  #5 Individual Agent for RE/MAX in the State of South Carolina, earned my way back into RE/MAX’s Platinum Club, and was a Top 10 Agent in SC for the 7th year in a row! Great results for such a tough year.

2011 By mid-September, I was the #1 Top Producer in the State of South Carolina for RE/MAX.  Now, entering December, I have 63 contracts (35  Listings, 28 Buyers) closed or due to close with a total volume of over $17,760,000. Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors figures show me as the #8 Top Producer among 2,826 agents working on the Grand Strand. I was 1 of 3 finalists for the Chamber Of Commerce’s Impeccable Customer Experience award, and though I did not win this time, it was still a great honor and accomplishment to be nominated and chosen as a finalist.

My desk with a solitary phone has now become a cluttered office of info, another office at home, five computers in all, 2 cell phones, 2 faxes, about 12,000 miles a year on my car and a full-time assistant with endless responsibilities, an aide with various responsibilities and hours, as well as a couple of part timers at-the-ready, if duty calls.  Needless to say, my hours are long and my days “off” scarce, but I still take very seriously helping clients attain their Real Estate goals and am  working  harder then ever to achieve such. I believe in listening to my clients and stopping short at nothing to make sure, as a Buyer, they see everything in the area that is available to them.  As a Sellers’ Agent, my goal is to expose your property to ever potential buyer that is in the market. Customers always come first!
