My knowledge and experience comes from spending more than 15 years working in positions that varied
from telemarketing to mortgage loan origination and processing to office management and administration
and small business management. Some of these positions overlapped and combined with my formal
education provide me with a strong background in Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing
and the Mortgage and Real Estate industry.

I first became interested in the possibilities that running my own business could offer a few years
back. That was when I decided to start my own Contract Processing Business.

Through first hand experience I became aware of how overwhelming and frustrating it can be to market your own business when your skills may lie elsewhere. There is a lot to learn and a lot to do. It is very time consuming.
I became more and more interested in marketing and decided to educate myself initially to fulfill my own marketing needs.  As time went on,thanks to technology, the need for a loan processor diminished and loan originators no
longer needed my services as much as they had in the past.

I continued to study and learn more about marketing and decided the time was right to offer services that will help other small business owners market and promote their business, products and services. It was through my
research and self education that I discovered the virtual assistant industry.


I have worked in both the corporate and small business arenas, and I freely will admit that my greatest pleasure and satisfaction comes when I team up with entrepreneurs and small business owners.   

I find a true sense of purpose in working with these individuals.  They want and need to get the most out of their money and I enjoy providing them with a valuable service in a way that will not bankrupt them.  I enjoy working hand in hand with them to make their business succeed.  

I am detail-oriented, capable of looking at the big picture and able to think outside the box.  I have a strong ability to listen, analyze and problem-solve.   enjoy writing and I feel strongly that my writing ability plays an important
role in marketing.  

I currently live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with my husband Tom.  With out his support, I would not be able to maintain this business.  I have two children, Gary and Ande, two grand children and one on the way.  Outside of building
and developing Above & Beyond Administration, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and playing Bingo. I am an active volunteer of the
Virtual Assistant Networking Association and moderate the regular seminars that are
held to support the Virtual Assistant industry.

My experience in the mortgage industry:

The time I spent in the mortgage industry left a lasting impression on me. 

Much of my time was spent working with mortgage brokers who were first starting their business.  I worked hand in hand with several of them in getting their business off the ground.

I have done everything from ordering the furniture and technology, to writing how to manuals for loan originators, teaching LO's and processors how to use new software, to hiring and training LO's and Processors.

I worked with one company in establishing a processing center with five processors working to process loans for 30+ originators.

I also spent a couple of years originating loans as well. (To be honest, I enjoyed processing more).

I was also an account manager (junior underwriter) for H&R Block Mortgage. That was a lot of fun.

I have studied Real Estate Law and Principles of Real Estate and have a sound understanding of Real Estate and Mortgages.
