With over ten years in the real estate industry I provide my clients with experience on both sides of the United States. Previously licensed in Maryland, North Carolina and now active in Arizona I bring a nationwide perspecitve to the real estate industry. I previously worked as a reserach anlayst in the real estate and consulting division of Deloitte and Touche and worked with ISO Commercial Risk Services as an appraiser for cost replacement value. This experience added insight to my career as a real estate professional. I have assisted east coasters in relocation and finding the southwest home of their dreams.
For the last three years I have worked in Mexico selling real estate in a small coastal city Puerto Penasco. American's refer to this lovely coastal town as Rocky Point. It is a three and half hour drive from Phoenix Arizona or Tucson Arizona and is a great weekend beach retreat and a wonderful palce to retire inexpensively. International Living 2007 Global Retirement Index states Mexico is the best place to retire over seas. It offers seaside activites, boating, jet skiing, fishing, parasailing, great international cuisine and beautiful sandy beaches with warm clear blue waters.
