Description
We are Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists who specialize in managing moves of people ages 55+. We coordinate the total move, including helping clients find their Realtor. We do it all!

About Us:

Our team at Creating Divine Order is uniquely qualified to help your clients to downsize to a new residence. We are Organizers and Move Managers who coordinate the total move of a person from their former residence to a new home. As former hospice professionals we understand how feelings impact your client's decision to move and the dynamics of the family or group to whom the individual belongs.

As president and founder I utilized my professional and personal experiences in establishing this company and brought on outstanding professionals to work with me.  Our team  met while working on an acute care medical unit and discovered how much we enjoy working with each other and with people. We seek to help people and their families or personal friends process needs and feelings in order to move to a good new place in their lives.

I am a retired ordained United Methodist Minister; I have had considerable experience in buying and selling houses, have moved many times and have organized the downsizing of close family members from the homes they lived in for many years. I have taken certification classes to become Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists and have joined the National Association of Senior Move Managers, the main association for people who work with the senior population.

is Ann Eckrich, BSN, BA is also a certified relocation and transition specialist.  Ann was a unit manager with hospice and has considerable management experience in retail. This makes us a unique team in our industry: we understand how moving affects individuals and their families from a holistic perspective!

Additional team members are Vanessa Burke, Director of Marketing and Design who has communications and design degrees from Full Sail University and Sharon Germaine, Director of Estate Sales and Coordinator of Redesign who is certified in Redesign and Staging.

Bonnie Childers who has a a stellar history of working in Senior Housing Services is our Director of Operations.

We are a full service business, providing Estate and Moving Sales; Staging, Memory Preservation, Personal Shopping, Relocation Transition Stress Coaching and Liquidation of Estates.

Areas of Expertise

We will make referrals to movers as we meet people who need your services and we will support realtors as they seek to process the move for senior adults. Our team has sat down with hundreds of families to facilitate difficult decisions; we understand moving from a long time residence to be a major loss and time of grieving. Because of our three disciplines: ie, spiritual, psychological/social and medical we can help your clients come to the best decision for them.

We only use senior sensitive providers and visit each in their place of business. We have an outstanding long list of movers and senior communities, as a result, and other good referrals.

We save our clients money through our sorting process and use of packing supplies and equipment.

We are seeking to be a green company and welcome input on providers who also have this value.

We service greater central Florida, including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Brevard, Polk and Lake Counties where we are the first providers for our services.

Testimonials

 TESTIMONIALS FROM TWO CLIENTS

I met Ann at a networking group and thought I would use her services with my parents in the future, when they move out of their home. However, soon afterwards, my husband received early retirement from his company. We still had young children at home and had just established roots in our community.

Although he did not yet have a position my husband decided it was time for us to sell our house and prepare to move. We had great conflict and unease concerning this move. I was distraught. I felt scattered, both externally and internally. I remembered meeting Ann and knew she was the right person for me to see.

Ann was calm, listened to my feelings along with the details of my home situation. She gave thoughtful, constructive feedback and able to identify and summarize my concerns. I was then able to focus and to determine what I needed to do to alleviate the stress of my circumstances.

I recommend Ann to you; she is trustworthy and respectful of what I shared in confidence. -- Susan T

I asked Ann to help me organize my home office and family papers at a time when I felt overwhelmed. I was the caregiver for  my mother and aunt before they died and I could not force myself to go through the things left behind. It had been two years and I still could not face processing their financial records and sort through their pictures, letters, collectibles and personal things.

Ann was able to get me started through jump starting the sorting process and helping me to assign a place for everything as well as to dispose of my "junk" and organize the dispersal of family pictures and treasures to members. She set up a simple filing system which I follow easily.

One thing that made a huge difference is that Ann is a good, nonjudgmental listener. I had felt some guilt about not having been able to do this project and learned that it was normal and alright to have put it off. And I processed sadness in remembering my loved ones. That was healing. I recommend Ann to you; her leadership really helped. -- Melissa B

A TESTIMONIAL FROM MY MINISTERIAL WORK THAT RELATES TO THIS WORK

Ann Hutchens has been a tremendous asset to the Florida Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church by helping to organize a Clergy Care Ministry for our appointed clergy. Ann contacted and organized a team of clergy, retired persons and laity, crating a model that could be replicated in all Nine Districts of our conference.

Ann is a self-starter, great communicator, and has the ability to see clearly with vision what needs to be done. her expertise in ministry has easily translated into the community and her experience in Hospice gives her a unique advantage of knowing how to  care for families in times of grief and transition. -- Dr. Wayne Wiatt, District Superintendent, East Central District, Florida Conference
