I came to United States from Poland in 1994, lived and worked in CT where I married and had 2 children. In 1999 we( me and my husband ) decided- that is it too cold, so we moved to Florida. I started working as Real Estate agent in 2000 and LOVE IT!For the first few years I worked mostly with first time home buyers, fha loan( regarding buyers). Like any other agent I love having my listings. Then in around 2003 Port Saint Lucie( that is city where I live) started growing like crazy and prices changed market from first time home buyers to investors. It was OK money-wise, but ....I don't know...something was missing. And then in 2006 bubble burst and now we are back to 2002 and if it wasn't for not making as much money I would say- I LOVE IT.
I actively sell homes in Port St Lucie, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Stuart. If you are seller, I am expert in 'Short Sales", I completed Disstressed Property School I am also not new to foreclosures.
