Hi, my name is Anna and my goal is to bring to each client a wealth of knowledge that adds value to each real estate transaction.

I recognize that the process of selling or purchasing a home is one of the largest emotional and financial investments you can make. That's why I use a tailored approach for each individual to achieve their goals; first by listening, then by designing a plan that's right for you. I also strive to create a level of comfort to help alleviate some of the stress associated with the real estate process by ongoing communication. I provide resources to assist you based on your real estate background and technological expertise. I utilize leading edge technology to provide current and accurate property information so you can search properties onlineand receive automated comparative analysis and MLS market updates.

 Most of my career has been spent in the financial industry working in various forms of real estate. I was a Vice President for PNC Private Bank in Pittsburgh serving the affluent market in business development, financial and estate planning and portfolio management. I also worked for other top national corporations such as Mellon Bank, American Express and Chase, serving in the capacities of mortgage financing, financial planning and corporate training. My most natural progression would be in the home ownership aspect of real estate within my community.

I'm a resident of Carmel IN and a licensed realtor at F. C. Tucker Company, Inc. I continually network with other professionals who offer a full array of services to complete the real estate process.  My goal is to give the first time homebuyer, those moving up, as well as the empty nester a more rewarding and seamless experience.

I treat each real estate transaction as if it were my own.  I work a lot with first time homebuyers, as evidenced by testimonials.  My background in training and originating mortgage loans has given me the ability to help first time buyers understand a complex process.

On the other end of the spectrum, I have worked with individuals, often referred to as ‘savvy singles or empty nesters' , who desire to move up or downsize.'  Serving as a Vice President, in Private Banking, Trusts and Estates, I share knowledge and empathize with those preparing for their golden years.

For sellers, I use a 78+ point marketing strategy, tailored to each client's needs. Communication and doing business with the highest standards of integrity are key elements of my business.  After working with clients, a bond of trust is created, as well as  lasting relationships!
