Annemarie has been a REALTOR® in MA for nearly 30 years She also holds a MA State Appraiser License as well as a Pre-License Real Estate Instructor. She is the current chairwoman of MA Association of REALTORS® Charitable & Education Foundation, and has served on the Foundation's Board of Trustees since 2003. A past president and vice president of Councils G & H of Greater Boston Real Estate Board, she previously served as a Muliple Listing Service Director with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board in the 1990's.

An active volunteer in her local community, Annemarie is the president and founder of the non-profit REALTORS® Against Poverty, a 15 year old organization dedicated to assisting families and households in need in several communities north of Boston. She also is a past vice president and president-elect of the Medford Chapter of the Kiwanis organization, and is a continuous contributor to the Children's Miracle Network.

Notably,  Annemarie was honored for her involvement with REALTORS® Against Poverty in 2002 by the National Association of REALTORS,® as she was presented with the prestigious Good Neighbor Award by REALTOR® Magazine. She also is a past recipient of Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® Council G & H REALTOR® of the Year Award, and was presented with the Dorothy M. Shea Award by the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS® for her loyalty and dedication to the real estate profession in 2006. A REALTOR® with RE/MAX Trinity in Malden, Annemarie has been honored several times as a member of the RE/MAX Executive and President's Clubs.

Annemarie holds three MA licenses in the field of real estate expertise. She has been a REALTOR® for nearly 30 years and has been a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser since 1986 and a Pre-Licensing Salesperson Instructor for the last 12 years. Her field of expertise is in both residential and commercial real estate. She has certification in assisting homebuyers with first time purchases. She specializes in transitioning all buyers and sellers from renting to owning , downsizing, upgrading and seniors who relocate as well as seasonal renting.
